Tomaz Menez was born in 1970 in Finistère, France and grew up near Cambridge, England. He has sailed the Atlantic two and half times and now lives with his family in landlocked Herefordshire.
His interest in codebreaking comes from his work in blockchain cryptography and cybersecurity.
Purefoy is his first novel.
